Itinerary
Day 1
Your safari begins in Arusha with a morning departure toward Serengeti National Park. Travel through the changing landscapes of northern Tanzania, passing local villages and spectacular countryside. After entering Serengeti, begin your first game drive as you make your way toward your accommodation. Keep your eyes open for zebras, giraffes, elephants, antelopes and predators moving through the plains before enjoying dinner and your first night in the wilderness.
Day 2
Wake early for a memorable morning game drive when wildlife activity is often at its best. Explore different areas of the Serengeti with your guide while searching for lions, leopards, cheetahs, elephants, buffalo and large herds of plains game. Return for lunch and a short rest before heading out again in the afternoon. As the sun begins to set, enjoy the changing colours of the savannah before returning to camp for dinner.
Day 3
Spend another full day exploring the Serengeti. Your route will depend on current wildlife movements and seasonal conditions. Visit areas known for abundant wildlife and spend time observing animals in their natural environment. During migration season, your guide will follow the movement of the herds and help you understand the incredible natural cycle taking place across the ecosystem.
Day 4
Enjoy one final morning game drive through the Serengeti, taking in the quiet beauty of the plains before beginning your journey back toward Arusha. Along the way, enjoy views of the changing Tanzanian landscape and reflect on the wildlife encounters and memories from your safari.
